On Sunday, September 29 journey with us at Off-Cabot in Beverly, MA for an immersive journey into self-discovery and mental wellness with the Mirror Minded workshop, in collaboration with Old Soul Young World. There are three workshop options: Executive Reflections for the Small Business Owner from 10am to 1pm, Emerging Reflections for youth (ages 12-17) from 2pm to 4pm, and Soulful Reflections for any Adults from 5pm to 7pm.
This interactive event is designed to engage participants in deep reflection, guided discussions, and hands-on exercises that delve into the concept of the soul and self-perception. Through personal expression, participants will confront their fears in an on-stage reflection session and capture their thoughts in a video interview, offering a lasting, meaningful experience. The event also includes refreshments and networking opportunities.
As part of the workshop, experience Kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold. This practice symbolizes the beauty in imperfections, mirroring our approach to emotional and mental health healing. Participants will repair pottery while reflecting on their emotional wounds, learning to find strength and beauty in their imperfections.
Additionally, in our latest Two-Soul Photo session, Monsters of Salem will explore the raw and powerful emotions that often feel like demons within us. This unique photo opportunity allows participants to confront the part of their mind that holds them back, serving as a poignant reminder of the unseen burdens we all carry. It’s a powerful call to acknowledge and address the emotional “demons” that reside within us all.
Timeline of Workshops:
